the zoo

We met up with my sister, brother, and their families and we all went to the zoo. Way fun- once we got there and going!

Our favorite gorilla. My niece called every monkey we saw "Colby"- who is my youngest brother. Austin loved being pushed in the stoller and wouldn't come out- so we pushed him over for the picture with us.

The merry-go-round.....

Riley didn't want to go on until the last minute and the second I took this picture- he wanted off. But it was starting so I kept him on.... kicking and screaming.... until we started going around and he remembered he likes the merry-go-round.

We seriously went on the hottest day of the week- so we got slushes for the kids to cool off- except they don't have any straws- which makes sense at a zoo- but really?!

Right when we were leaving one of the zoo guys was walking around with a millipede- Riley loves bugs- from a distance- but he is still talking about this one.
