making ketchup

riley and i made ketchup! with as much as my boys go through, it is probably a good thing i found a recipe.

riley wanted to have a "taste test" i thought we should do it blindfolded. riley said he couldn't do that. so he labeled which was which.

the boy is reluctant to try anything new!

very surprising that he liked it. it smelled like ketchup, looked like ketchup, the consistency was a little thicker than ketchup, but it worked!

and off to eat his ketchup with a little grilled cheese, misty style.

(bread toasted with cheese in the middle- i swear, the easiest, fastest, and less calorie grilled cheese!)
