my baby is EIGHT!!! i have no idea where the time has gone! but it is going far too quickly!!!!
he wanted to take cupcakes for his class- very specific. all vanilla cupcakes. lots of colors. make sure to have purple and blue. check and check.
his birthday "balloon" from school. so cute! his actual birthday was on sunday and he got another "balloon" twirly straw from primary. he wouldn't get up in front of all the kids and like them sing to him. typical austin. his primary teacher came over after church and brought him a birthday balloon, some candy, and a book to remember his baptism. he has a great primary teacher. (i think he is her challenge....he would prefer a class without the lights on and was brought to me this past week. he's gonna be the death of me!!!!)

brad has been working 7 days a week and many double shifts, so the kids haven't seen him all that much. he promised austin for his birthday we would go to the new lego store that just opened at the fashion show mall. side note- last time brad and i went to the fashion show mall..... i was pregnant with riley, it's been a while! anyways, since brad's schedule has been so crazy, we kept them home one day when brad worked a grave shift the night before. genius move. we had the whole place to ourselves. austin took like 2 hours to build his 3 characters.
riley was done in 10 minutes. so he would re-do them over and over again.
seriously the COOLEST place if all you like are the lego men. like austin. it was heaven!
